A relatively new term on the scene, free-range is used often on food labels, but is misunderstood by consumers. How would you define free-range? Is it something you have considered previously when choosing which products to buy at the grocery store or farmer’s market? Should free-range products be a priority for you and your family? To get some answers on this new buzz word, read my post on the new Stone Soup blog from Food & Nutrition Magazine.

Please feel free to leave comments or questions on the topic either here or on the Stone Soup page! And Happy New Year to all!
