Coconut water slush…part deux! The Blueberry Coconut Water Slush was so much fun that I couldn’t resist trying a new flavor, this time with the tropical flavors of mango and banana and a refreshing hint of mint.
In the Blueberry Coconut Water Slush post I mentioned that my outdoor space was getting a makeover and now it’s finished! This past week has been beautiful so after work I’ve been eating dinner outside and enjoying the space as much as possible. I found this awesome storage bench at Home Depot, which couldn’t be any more perfect because it makes for great seating and it works as a surface for my food photos!
I planted some spearmint because it’s supposed to keep wasps away (so is thyme!), but it’s also great to have around for recipes like this. If you want it to be a slushier slushy, just add a few more ice cubes and use frozen mango chunks rather than fresh mango.Just 5 ingredients for this refreshing, tropical slushy that's perfect for #summer sippin'!
