At holiday gatherings, I’m always thankful to see a green veggie side dish. And I’m not talking about green beans swimming in a bath of cream of mushroom soup. Less is more when it comes to green veggie sides, IMO. That’s what I love about the 16 recipes in this round-up—they are all simple yet delicious.

What’s your favorite green vegetable?
