This recipe will make your house smell like the holidays quicker than you can sing “We Wish You a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year”.
If you’re in need of a super simple recipe for an upcoming party or a last minute DIY gift, this is it. I’ve made these Orange & Cinnamon Roasted Pecans twice now and they are addicting. The original recipe I found used 1/2 cup sugar per 3 cups of pecans. I’ve reduced the amount in this recipe to 1/4 cup + a smidgen more and they still taste great without all the extra sugar.Crunchy & lightly sweetened, these Orange & Cinnamon Roasted Pecans are the perfect party food! I’m in love with this old, beat up baking pan from my Mom. It’s probably older than I am and it’s been through a lot but when she received new baking pans for Christmas last year, I snagged this one to keep for myself.
You can easily swap out the pecans for almonds if you’d like. Pecans are what I had on hand but next time I want to switch it up with almonds!
