The next time you’re in Memphis, I highly recommend making it a priority to stop at either one of Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman’s restaurants, Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen or Hog & Hominy. If time allows, do both. Named as Food & Wine’s 2013 Best New Chefs and 2013 James Beard Best Chef Semifinalists, these guys are getting all the attention right now for their Southern-Italian creations.
