VitaTops MuffinTops: Perfect for Breakfast On-the-Go

On busy mornings when you’re rushing out the door, VitaTops MuffinTops are a great option to have on hand for breakfast on-the-go!

I think we can all agree that the muffin top is the best part of a muffin. That’s why VitaTops MuffinTops are so fantastic!

At least once during the workweek, I pick up a muffin and a coffee at my local coffee shop before making my morning commute. But ya know, spending $6.00 or more a week on coffee + a muffin really adds up after a while, and this girl is trying to save some moo-lah $$

So, I’m trying to kick my weekday coffee shop stop and instead, swap out for a healthier, more affordable muffin option to enjoy with my morning cup of joe.

The other morning, I grabbed one of the Deep Chocolate VitaTops for breakfast—they are 100 calories per serving, have 10 grams of dietary fiber (which is 40% of the recommended daily value!), 11 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of protein. If you’re following a Weight Watchers® plan, one VitaTop MuffinTop is 4 SmartPoints™.

Pair a VitaTop MuffinTop with some almonds, mozzarella string cheese, or boiled egg for a little extra protein and a very portable, balanced breakfast!

Where to Find VitaTops MuffinTops

I found my VitaTops MuffinTops at Publix in the freezer breakfast food section. You can also find them at Kroger, Stop & Shop, Shop-Rite, and Target.

I picked up a box of the Wild Blueberry and the Deep Chocolate MuffinTops, but they also make a Superfood CranBran, a gluten-free Chocolate Chip, and a Protein Lover’s Chocolate Peanut Butter & Banana Chocolate Chip!

All the deliciously indulgent VitaTops MuffinTops use only simple ingredients and offer a wide range of nutritional benefits.

If you have a little extra time to sit and enjoy breakfast in the morning, place a few on a cake stand along with some fresh strawberries for a pretty display. Wouldn’t this be a nice addition to a Sunday brunch?!

Have you tried any of the VitaTops MuffinTops or seen them in the freezer section at the grocery store? I’d love to hear what flavors you plan on trying first!
