Ingredients

ripe banana

cup
ice cubes

cup
milk
cashew and coconut milk both work well as milk alternatives
1
Tbsp.
natural peanut butter
1/4
avocado
diced
1
tsp.
cocoa powder
1
Tbsp.
rolled oats
optional
Instructions
1. In a blender, add the banana, ice cubes, coconut milk, peanut butter and avocado. Blend until the ice is crushed.
2. Add the cocoa powder and rolled oats. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
