Ingredients
1medium pineapple
Chili-Cinnamon Dried Pineapple
1/4tspchili powder
1/4tspcinnamon
Curry Dried Pineapple
1/2tspcurry powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°F.
2. Remove the base and the leaves from pineapple. Then stand the pineapple on one end and cut off strips of skin from top to bottom. Lay the pineapple on its side and cut into 1/8 inch slices. Remove core from each individual slice by carefully cutting around it with a paring knife.
