1. In a medium saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
2. Place cod filets on a plate and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium heat in a dutch oven or large, heavy-bottom sauce pan. Once oil is hot, add onions and zucchini and cook for 4 minutes. Add spinach, olives, and Ragu Homestyle Thick & Hearty Roasted Garlic Sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Carefully place cod filets into the sauce and lightly cover them with the sauce. Cook for 6-8 minutes on medium-low heat until fish easily flakes and is opaque.
5. Divide the cooked pasta into four serving dishes and top each with a cod filet. Divide the pasta sauce and vegetables between each dish. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
