such as Welch's

fl. oz. vanilla kefir
I used siggi's vanilla Swedish-style filmjolk

cup
frozen dark sweet cherries
1/4
cup
frozen wild blueberries

tablespoon
almond butter

tablespoon
chia seeds

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with frozen cherries and wild blueberries if desired.
