Instructions
1. In a saucepan, heat beer over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer.
2. Reduce heat to low and whisk in hummus. Whisk continuously until there are no more clumps.
3. Gradually add in cheese, whisking continuously. Whisk until smooth. Add sriracha if using.
4. Carefully transfer dip into a serving bowl and serve with raw veggies, tortilla chips, or bread. Top with a few drops of sriracha and gently mix in to add some color!
