Braeburn apples
peeled, cored, and diced

Bartlett pear
diced

water

cup
light brown sugar

teaspoon
cinnamon

Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 20 minutes.
2. Remove saucepan from stovetop. Using an immersion blender, blend to desired texture (chunky or smooth).
3. Keep covered in refrigerator for up to 7 days. Serve warm or cold.
