2Fuji apples
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1/2teaspoonground cardamom

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 185 degrees F and set up cooling racks on two large baking sheets.
2. Wash apples and pat dry with a paper towel. Use an apple corer or a small paring knife to remove apple core. Turn apple on its side and slice into 1/8"-inch thick pieces or use a mandoline to make thin apple slices. Lay apple slices flat on cooling racks, being sure not to overlap. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and cardamom, and sprinkle mixture over apples.
3. Bake in oven for 1 hour before flipping slices over. Bake for 2 1/2 hours total.
4. Store Oven-Dried Apples in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
