1/4cupwater
2tablespoonsagave nectar
1 3/4cupfresh grapefruit juiceabout 2 medium grapefruits
1/4cupfresh lime juiceabout 3 limes
1/4cupsilver tequila
pinchof salt

Instructions
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the water and agave nectar to make a simple syrup. Heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. In a liquid measuring cup, juice the grapefruits until you have about 1 3/4 cup of liquid. Then juice the limes into the measuring cup, bringing the total liquid to 2 cups. Add in the agave simple syrup, tequila, and salt and stir.
3. Pour the liquid into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 8 hours. To remove popsicles, run the molds under lukewarm water for a few seconds to help loosen them. Enjoy!
