24baby bella mushrooms
1cupkalefinely chopped
1clovegarlic
3tablespoonsolive oildivided
2/3cupsSabra® Supremely Spicy Hummus
2tablespoonscilantrofinely chopped (if desired)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Clean mushrooms by gently wiping with a paper towel to remove any dirt. Remove stems from mushrooms caps and chop them very fine. Set aside. Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once heated, add the mushroom stems, kale and garlic. Saute for 3 minutes, then remove from heat. Add the hummus to the skillet and mix well. Stir in cilantro if using.
3. Drizzle the mushroom caps on the baking sheet with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and toss to coat. Fill mushrooms with the hummus mixture using a spoon. Bake on the middle oven rack for 15 minutes. Place mushrooms on a serving tray and enjoy!
