watermelon cubes

fresh lime juice
1/4
tsp.
minced ginger
1/4
tsp.
fresh
chopped basil leaves (I used basil from my Aristotle Basil plant)

oz.
chilled
unflavored coconut water

Instructions
1. Blend the first four ingredients together until liquefied. Pour watermelon mixture into a serving glass.
2. Pour coconut water over the watermelon mixture and serve.
