Yesterday, I had the opportunity to appear on Today in Nashville for a TV segment all about heart-healthy foods! It was so much fun hanging with Kelly and Carole and everyone else who appeared on the show yesterday, like Nick Fabian and his band. I have some new music to listen to now!
