📖 My first read of 2026–The Family Recipe by @caro 📖 My first read of 2026–The Family Recipe by @carolynkhuynh 📚 Highly recommend, especially if you enjoy a storyline that weaves in food, culture, and family dynamics. I don’t usually post about books that I’m reading but since it’s so food-focused, figured I’d share! I could totally see this being turned into a movie 🎥

If you have any food-centric fictional reads you enjoyed, would love to hear them! A goal of mine for this year is reading one book a month 📖 #morereadinglessscrolling

Each year, I choose a different word to focus on, Each year, I choose a different word to focus on, both in my personal & professional life. For 2025, my word was JOY because as I continued to grow my business, I wanted to intentionally choose work that I enjoyed, work with people who bring joy, and have fun along the way! Looking back on the year, I’m feeling that joy and also immense gratitude—for friends, family, and colleagues. Thank you for making 2025 a memorable and joyful year 💗

For 2026, my word is Connect 🤝I want to focus on building moments of deeper connection, and supporting friends, colleagues, clients by making helpful connections to better support them.

Do you choose a word or intention for the year? Would love to hear some if you’d like to share! Wishing you a very happy new year 🎊
Back again with another Weekly Bite 🍽️, sharing a Back again with another Weekly Bite 🍽️, sharing a ‘new-to-me’ packaged product that I’ve tried and how I’ve used it!

This week, it’s @amylufoods Italian-style Chicken Meatballs! We ❤️ Costco and initally found Amylu Foods there. We’ve tried several different products from them but last week was our first time trying this flavor. Like all the other meatball flavors we’ve tried so far from Amylu Foods, these were very flavorful! Whenever I use a pre-made meatball like this, I cut them in half and sear them to give a little texture & color on the outside 🍝

🌟 Nutrition tip: add veggies like mushrooms, spinach, onions, etc. to boost the fiber & nutrition value of your spaghetti dish!

There’s 3 servings per package so with the remaining meatballs we had, I made soup with veggies we already had on hand + a homemade tomato sauce made from our garden tomatoes this summer 🍅 Delicious 💯

How would you use Italian-style chicken meatballs? Have you tried any of the @amylufoods products?

Welcome to my first Weekly Bite, my new series whe Welcome to my first Weekly Bite, my new series where I share a ‘new-to-me’ packaged product that I’ve tried and how I used it 🍽️

First up— @littlepotatoco Hot Honey Potatoes 🥔 I actually received these as free samples thanks to @laurenlovesnutrition’s newsletter! While I’m no stranger to these cute little potatoes, I hadn’t tried their packaged, microwaveable potatoes with the seasoning pack.

They’re super easy to prepare and take just 5 minutes in the microwave. Once heated, you add the spice packet and its optional to add a little oil (which I did) to coat the potatoes. They paired well with seared salmon and roasted broccoli 🥦 They aren’t lying about the HOT part though, so if you don’t like heat, these aren’t for you. If you love some spice, you’ll enjoy them!

There are other flavor options (hello, garlic & Parmesan!) and I’d buy these for a convenient side dish option.

So have you tried these or another flavor option? What other products have you seen recently that I should try? Leave a comment or send me a DM!
Add this recipe for Chewy Chocolate Cookies with C Add this recipe for Chewy Chocolate Cookies with Cranberries from @abeautifulplate to your cookie lineup this holiday 🧑‍🎄🎄🍪 These live up to their name—they stayed soft & chewy for a week, and have a delicious balance of cranberry & chocolate 💯 I like that they recipe says to rehydrate the cranberries so they’re soft as you bite into the cookie ❤️

Thanks @cranberryinstitute for sharing the recipe card with me and sending dried cranberries to make these! Filing this one away for future use 😉
