2/3cuplow-fat cottage cheese
1teaspooncinnamon
1/2cupfrozen blueberriesthawed
1/2cupPost Shredded Wheat
2tablespoonsshredded coconut flakes
2teaspoonschia seeds

Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together cottage cheese and cinnamon.
2. In a mason jar or glass, spoon 1/3 cup of the cottage cheese into the bottom. Top with 1/4 cup blueberries followed by 1/4 cup Shredded Wheat, 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut, and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
