She’s the author of ‘Eat To Sleep: What To Eat & When To Eat It for a Good Night’s Sleep‘ (2019) and the upcoming book, ‘The Everything DASH Diet Meal Prep Cookbook‘ (2023). She has been featured in publications such as Bon Appetit, Shape Magazine, Experience Life, FoodNetwork.com, and WomensHealthMag.com. As the founder and recipe creator behind this site, Karman is passionate about sharing the facts about food and nutrition with readers, and she works to encourage others to feel more confident in the kitchen and to enjoy food — not fear it.
Karman is the co-founder of NourishWell Network, a corporate wellness consulting company offering in-person and virtual wellness webinars and cooking classes focused on easy, healthy recipes anyone can make at home.
When she’s not working, Karman enjoys hiking, biking, and traveling with her husband. She loves trying new foods, and a good slice of key lime pie is her all-time favorite dessert!
