Things to know

When do classes happen:

We cook together on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6pm CST. The meal we make can either be enjoyed for dinner that night, or saved for an upcoming lunch or dinner! If you’re unable to attend a class, the class recording will be available the following day to watch so you never have to worry about missing out.

How do I cook along? 

As a member, you will have access to our course platform and each month you’ll find the ‘Live Monthly Cooking Class’. The ingredient list and equipment list for recipes are in each monthly cooking class course, which is made available at least 2 weeks in advance of our live class so you can shop and plan ahead! Join the class at our scheduled time to cook along with the group!

What equipment is required?

You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate. Class is best viewed from a tablet or computer with camera access. Having your camera on will allow me to help you best as we cook together. No need to worry about appearances–we’re here to focus on learning and cooking delicious food! Guests will need access functional kitchen and we will use an oven, stovetop, and/or microwave for most classes.

How do I join for each class?

As a member, you will have access to our course platform and each month you’ll find the ‘Live Monthly Cooking Class’. This is where you will join via Zoom for each of our live events.

Are substitutions offered for ingredients?

Yes, I provide suggestions for ingredient substitutions, but if you have food allergies and need help deciding on what to substitute, please contact us.

Are classes recorded to watch later?
Yes! Things come up and it’s understandable that you can’t make every class live. You’ll have access to the class replay the following day.
