A recipe for a Tart Cherry Juice Mocktail has been a long time coming! If you’ve read my book, Eat To Sleep, or have followed my site or Instagram for awhile, you’ve probably heard me talking about tart cherry juice for sleep. In fact, in this Health Benefits of Tart Cherry Juice post, I share some of the research about how this ruby red juice may improve sleep, even in individuals experiencing insomnia.

Tart cherry juice is a natural source of melatonin, the sleep-inducing hormone, which plays an important role in our circadian rhythm. It also contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that may also help with sleep as well as muscle recovery.

I typically enjoy a small glass of tart cherry juice just the way it is! No additions necessary. But if you’re wanting something that feels a little fancier, or maybe you’re trying to swap that nightcap with a non-alcoholic option, try my Tart Cherry Juice Mocktail instead!

Pouring into a champagne flute will make you feel even fancier as you sip so I highly recommend 🙂
