5-Minute Guacamole
Sometimes, you need guacamole STAT. This 5-Minute Guacamole recipe is here to save the day!
That’s what happened yesterday after work. An early lunch + no afternoon snack = unhappy and very hungry me.
Good thing a delicious guacamole can be thrown together in just five minutes! With just three ingredients, you can create a mighty fine guac to satisfy the craving. Could it get any easier than that?
Maybe you’ve waited until the last minute to prepare something for a party at work or a summer cookout. Guacamole is always welcome at the party! There’s no such thing as too much guac and this recipe can be easily quantified to serve a crowd.
If for whatever reason you do have guac leftover, squeeze some lime over top, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and keep refrigerated, but be sure to use within 24 hours. Try spreading guacamole on your toast in the morning and topping it with a fried egg, or add it atop a burger or burrito bowl.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, diced
2 tablespoons salsa
pinch of salt
Tortilla chips
Happy dipping, my friends!
