With the start of the new year, many people are focused on health-related goals or resolutions. While these goals are often set with good intentions, sticking to them is often more difficult than expected. Whether it’s unrealistic expectations, failure to plan, or a multitude of other reasons, 80% of resolutions fail by February.

To help you set realistic, attainable goals and plans for a healthier new year, I’ve rounded up some great books and guides from my colleagues. The cookbooks, meal planners, and health living guides in this post were all written by Registered Dietitians, and include practical, approachable information and recipes that are both nutritious and delicious! Let me know if you have any of these books or if you plan on purchasing any of them after reading this post. Stay healthy & happy, friends 🙂
