Eat To Sleep on PBS

Support your local PBS station during the Eat To Sleep airing, and they’ll send you my Blissful Sleep Collection

As a lifelong viewer of Public Broadcast Service (PBS), I’m thrilled to host Eat To Sleep, a 1-hour show based on my first book by the same title, to help support their mission of providing educational and entertaining content. PBS is truly the channel of lifelong learning, and they continue to produce high-quality programs without commercial interruptions for any age group, from Sesame Street to Downton Abbey, and my personal favorites, America’s Test Kitchen and NOVA!

Without your support, though, PBS cannot continue to provide these much-loved programs. You can support your local PBS station in many ways but if you tune in to watch my program, Eat To Sleep, starting as early as February 25th, you can choose to make a donation plus you’ll receive my Blissful Sleep collection! This collection includes everything you need to start sleeping better each night and have improved energy levels during the day. If you’re tired of being tired and want to experience a full night of sleep again, this is for YOU!

What’s included in the collection? Good question! My Blissful Sleep collection includes:

  • A copy of my book, Eat To Sleep: What To Eat & When To Eat It for a Good Night’s Sleep
  • My Eat To Sleep checklist so you can stay on track
  • Sleep Tips & Tricks DVD featuring 3 sleep experts
  • A DVD of the full Eat To Sleep program
  • Bedtime Bliss tea

Be sure to check your local PBS station website for local airing times of Eat To Sleep, and please consider making a donation to the station so they can continue to provide enriching television programs for years to come. Thank you!
