Orange & Cinnamon Roasted Pecans
Serve these crunchy, lightly sweetened Orange & Cinnamon Roasted Pecans at your next party!
This recipe will make your house smell like the holidays quicker than you can sing “We Wish You a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year”. If you’re in need of a super simple recipe for an upcoming party or a last-minute DIY gift, this is it. I’ve made these Orange & Cinnamon Roasted Pecans twice now and they are addicting.
The original recipe I found used 1/2 cup sugar per 3 cups of pecans. I’ve reduced the amount in this recipe to 1/4 cup + a smidge more and they still taste great without all the extra sugar.

I’m in love with this old, beat up baking sheet from my Mom. It’s probably older than I am, and it’s been through a lot, but when she received new baking pans for Christmas last year, I snagged this one to keep for myself.
You can easily swap out the pecans for almonds if you’d like. Pecans are what I had on hand, but next time I want to switch it up with almonds!

These sound so good, what can I use if I don’t have orange oil? Any suggestions?
Hi Lauren—do you have orange extract? I’d suggest that first and then if you could always try fresh orange juice and some orange zest!
I love spiced nuts and these look delicious! I also use orange in my spiced nut mix. Happy holidays Karman!
Thanks Jessica! Yes, citrus is wonderful around the holidays!
I love snacking on nuts during the holidays! I’ll have to give this recipe a try soon!
